About:Chinese Embassy in South Korea

Hello~the article said that for chinese Visa we can only apply through Agents in Seoul.

But can i still apply for Hongkong Visa at Chinese consulate right? and how long does it take to process the visa process.

Arl, you can apply for HK visa at Chinese consulate. If your application is processed by the consulate, it may just take 4 working days, but if your application is transferred to Hk immigration department, it may take 4 to 6 weeks.
