VOA Shenzhen for Indonesian passport

I'm an Indonesian, and I will joint Hongkong Marathon on Sunday, 21 of January.

I want visit SZ, Can Visa on arrival in I didn't have Chinese visa before

Well, in that case, you can’t get the VOA. But you can apply for a Chinese via in HK, and it can be got no more than 4 days.
