Do you refer to Rambler Garden Hotel?
If yes, you can take bus no.249M from Mayfair Gardens to Tsing Yi Railway Station Bus Terminus. Then transfer to MTR Tung Chung Line to Tung Chung Station. The duration is around 50 mins with the fare of 18.3 HKD per person.
After arriving, take the cable car directly. The round trip cable car fare is 210 HKD for per adult and 100HKD for per child (3 to 11 years old).

The return way is the same. Don't worry.
