Will be doing a local excursion with dropoff at the airport. Do we need a 144 hour Visa and if so where do we get it at the cruise terminal.Grant from Phoenix

Grant, if your travel route is country A–Shanghai (144 hours)-country B, you can use the 144 hour free transit in Shanghai. You can apply for it at the immigration office of cruise terminal.
