Will we be able to see cherry blossoms in Taiwan on early March (2-7)?

We have a short trip on the first week of March and I was wondering if we will be able to see cherry blossoms by then? And if so, which area/s would be best to view them then? Thank you!

Yes, you can see some at Ali Mountain. However, the cherry blossoms flourish in mid. Mar. If you want to see the best of them, it is suggested to postpone your trip for a week.
