STUDENT VISA. WHAT IS X1 AND X2?

Usually, if your study will last for more than 180 days, you should apply for an X1 type and then you can get residence permit after entering China. The residence permit can allow you to enter and exit for multiple times within its validity.
However, the X2 type is issued to those who study for less than 180 days and it is for single entry only.
