About:144-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Hi I will arrive on the 12th of April at 5am and leave on the 17th at 2am in the morning

Will this exceed the 144 hours? Unsure as they are nighttime/early morning flights
Any help would be greatly appreciated thanks

The duration of stay starts from the day after arrival. Your time is only 117 hours which is clearly within the limit.
