About:144-hour Visa-free Transit in Beijing, Tianjin & Hebei

Hello, GRU-BJS-HONG-SHANGHAI-GRU. Do I need a visa?

Hi, I'm travelling from GRU (São Paulo) to BJS. After 4 days BJS - DEMPASSAR. Than, Hong Kong - Shanghai. After 3 days, Shanghai - GRU. Am I eligible for 144h visa-free transit in BJS and than Shanghai? Thanks for the info!
