About:China Visa Renewal and Extension

I am currently on a x2 type in china, which will expire in a few weeks.

I have already put through my application for x1 and the medical will be done in 2 weeks.. I just found out that I am pregnant, dp they check for this during the medical and doea it effect your visa application?
