Career advice for an 1986 male Tiger

Hi there, I am a male Tiger born 3/3/86 at 7.30am, looking for career advice.
I really want to find a new job soonest after an unlucky 2017 of being backstabbed at work.
Seems like the brighter I shine, the darker it gets!
Any advice will be very appreciated as to what I should explore or what sort of help I could get to deflect the sort of negative people at work.
