Sydney-Shanghai-Seoul-Beijing-Sydney

Hi,
I am wondering if I can stop over 2 different Chinese cities in a different entry with free transit visa.

I plan to stay in Shanghai for 4 nights when flying from Sydney to Seoul, and to stay in Beijing for 2 nights when returning from Seoul to Sydney. Am I eligible for 72/144 hour free transit ? Thanks.
