About:China Visa

Hey,I want to ask in order to get a Z visa ,

I heard the government accept at least Bachelor Degree and at least 2 years Experience, is the 2 years experience must be in China or Outside? And if I have these 2 conditions doesn't matter how many points I have for apply in B level? Thank you

The 2-year experience doesn’t have to be in China. You should reach the minimum points.

Is that means even I have 2 yrs experience and Bachelor degree , I need to reach the minimum points? And how the China government can account the points ,while they don't know My salary etc.
