About:Chinese Embassy in South Korea

I have a job offer in china. Since my degree certificates are issued in India, they need authorized

What is the exact procedure and time to visit China embassy in Korea

Ranjith, if the degree certificate is issued in India, you should gte it attested by the embassy of China in India, not Korea.
You should first get the degree notarized by a local notary public and the ministry of foreign affairs of India, and then get it attested by the embassy of China. You need to take your passport and its copy, the application form, and the notarized degree and the original one, as well as other documents the consular officers consider necessary.

Actually I'm in Korea..So they asked me to submit with China embassy authorization
