i stai in china airport less than 24 hrs can i make visa at the airport or i must go at china ambassy in Bangkok

Massimo, if you hold Canada and the city you will transit in China carries out the 24 hour direct transit, you can use the 24 hour direct transit there. No need to apply for a transit G type then.
