Getting student visa of Australia

I'm a student from Bangladesh studying in china. I want to admit in an Australian university. If I need Australian visa may I collect it from Australian consulate in Guangzhou ?

Dipto, if your living area belongs to the consular district of Australian consulate in Guangzhou, you can make the application there.

You should apply in the Consulate General of the Commonwealth of Australia in Shanghai.
