Hello, Hours of Operation

Do you know the current hours of operation/service for Beijing Airport Immigration Inpection on applying for the 72 hour permit. The flight that I have booked doesn’t arrive till after midnight, if they are not open at the time of arrival, will I have to wait at the airport till they open to apply for the permit?
