About:Overstaying in China & Penalty

I came to China and I discovered I was pregnant and have had health issue

and now I have overstayed for a period of 5 months,I can’t travel in my condition but I really want to go and report my case.Any suggestions on what I should do?

If so, just go to the local police station to report your situation as soon as possible.
