How much of Shisha Tobcco, Vape Juices I can carry to China?

I need these to be carried forwards to USA after my short stay in China.

I also will have some Seeded Papers which are made of 100% vegetable pulp.

Well, you need to take it with you as carry-on luggage, it cannot go with checked luggage. If the battery is less than 100wh it is OK if you take within 2 pieces. As for the tobacco tar there is no detailed limitation, but for the liquid (as well as the container) should be within 100ml.

In addition, for your vegetable pulp, you should declare it at the custom and show the seeded papers or other valid certificates if possible.
