As I know, Longsuoyuan is about 2km southeast of Huiwenzhen, so you are suggested to stay in Huiwenzhen and take a taxi to Longsuoyuan.
Hotels like Hongda Hotel in 10 Huaqiaoxin Street and Maohe Hotel in 16 Huaqiaoxin Street are recommended.
