About:24-Hour Visa-Free Transit

24 hour TWOV on Malagasy Passport

Hello,

I will be travelling from Paris to Hong Kong with a 8 hour layover in Beijing on a passport from Madagascar. Can I apply for a 24 hour TWOV ?
