Hi, thanks for hearing me out and please provide your valuable suggestion. I am Leo by sunshine and horse by chinese zodiac I am am manager in a IT firm and everything was going smooth until last September but all of a sudden my team is dissolved and I am being asked to put down my papers as there is no relavent opening in the organization for them to absorb me. This came to me as a shock and I am actively searching for job and given few interviews so far with no luck. There are few more which will get scheduled soon but as of now I have not been able to crack to any of them. By end of March I will be done with my current job and I am worried if I will be be able to find a good job by then. I am getting curious and restless as getting a good job with a Manager role is difficult within stipulated time. Please suggest what are there in starts for me in coming months. Appreciate your help.
