About:China Civil Aviation - Regulations & Security Check

I had a lighter held when I was transit through the airport and received a receipt for it.

What is the process so I can claim it back ?

As I know, you should pay the tax and claim the item back by showing your receipt. For more details, you need to consult the local custom staff.
