What is the best way to get to Huangguoshu Waterfall from Beijing?

Happy with flight or train... just the fastest recommendation would be really helpful. Trying to see this over a sneaky four day weekend from teaching!

Also, in your opinion, what is the best month to visit (in terms of beauty and also... less other tourists?)
