Transiting XMN. Flying BKK-XMN-LAX with Thai Passport

I have a short transit in XMN on Xiamen Airlines ... I do NOT want to leave airport. I have a Thai passport and I just want to fly on to Los Angeles. Do I need a China visa?

Sorry to tell you that you need to apply for a visa even you don’t step out of the airport.

Thanks for the quick response! Are there ANY airports I can connect in that a Thai citizen can transit through, stay in the airport, without a China visa? PEK (Air China), CAN (China Southern), PVG (China Eastern)?

Sorry, but as I know, a visa is necessary for your transit in the country.
