About:Passport

I am Chinese citizen in Queensland Studying on a Student Visa.

My passport expires this year in June when I am due to travel back to China to visit my family. Can I renew by post through an Chinese consulate or do I need to present myself personally? If I have to submit the documents personally can I do this is Brisbane?
