How is a person qualified if they are not Teachers or do related jobs

I found a job as a musician in a restaurant and now I have M visa but I got a job in a restaurant as a jazz musician so what does the immigration want from me? I have no bachelor degree in music but they hire me because I got the skills so what do I do in this point to apply for Z type...anyone who got the answer please tell me. Thank you !
