Hi, how do I get from Hangzhou Airport to Holiday Inn Express East Station?

My flight arrives at 9.45pm and after clearing immigration, it will be probably near 11pm. Will there still be Airport shuttle bus?

Well, I suggest you take shuttle bus East Railway Station line and get off at the terminal station. The bus leaves from 07:30 to 01:30 the next day, so you can surely catch it. After getting there, you may walk to the hotel within 5min.
