About:How to Refund / Cancel a China Train Ticket

delayed trains - missed connections

how are the conditions if a connecting trip cannot be captured because of a 2 hour delay? We have paper tickets

As for a connection trip, you can ask the station staff at ticket counter to cancel your next trip for free or rearrange you on other rides for free as the delay was caused by the first ride.
