Take subway line 9 to Citizen Square and then catch a taxi to the two places.

The fastest way is to take subway line 3 from south station to TJ Station and transfer here to take subway line 9 to Shimin Guang Chang Station. Get out from Exit A5 and walk to west about 2 km you will get there. It takes about 2.5 hours.
