visa for disembarkment NCL cruise

Me and my wife are taking a NCL cruise from Hong Kong to Tokyo in Japan.
The ship will dock at Xiamen..22/03/18 for 12 hours then on to Shanghai 24/03/18 for 12 hours and Beijing 26/03/18 for 12 hours before departing for Hakata, Japan . Do we need Visas if we disembark the ship at any of the ports in China?...
