Want to apply chinese Transit visa for foreigner in korea

I booked the flight from ho chi minh to korea with China southern airlines

So i am not qualified to transit at other airport of china (only Guangzhou qhich is hub of China aouthern Airlines because my flight back need transit in Beijing
So i would like to ask
I am foreingner travel in korea
Can i apply transit visa in seoul ?
