left luggage office at Suzhou Railway Station

Hi,

What are the operating hours of the left luggage office at Suzhou Railway Station? What is a "Red Cap" Luggage Service? Thanks for your help.

Not sure about the working time. The station open 24 hours, maybe the left luggage office follows the same working time. You can have a try to use it. The price is CNY10 per piece. "Red Cap" service is porter service. They will carry your luggage to your seat a little ahead before other passengers
