Can I bring frozen food over to China? Specifically frozen vegetables and what about sauces?

There won't be problem for taking the sauces. But you can only take dried vegetables.Remember to declare them at the customs, for they should go through a quarantine check.

Dried vegetables example? What about frozen food? You know those frozen vegetarian kind of food that is made of soy

For example, dried mushrooms and other freezen dehydrated vegetables. Well, as I know, the frozen fresh vegetables are not allowed.
