Hello. I am the employee of ministry of energy and water of afghanistan

I have an invitation letter for 22-24 Jan.2018 from Hong Kong "solar off gride" by sponser of World bank. By lemet of time How can i take the Hong Kong visa tell 20,jan,2018?
