We are planning a trip there in February 2018, during the first 5 days of the Lunar New Year. Will the city be tourist-friendly - in terms of transportation, opening hours of tourist attractions, food and shopping?

All the attractions will be open to visitors and transportation also works well. The shops and restaurants near the attractions don’t close, either.
