Hi,im a filipino citizen and i’ve worked in china for 6 years

and i have previous china visa.im working now at hong kong with hong kong id.i would like to travel to shenzhen. Is it possible to get VOA? I saw your requirements that philippine and indonesian passport can get visa as long as they issued a china visa before.thanks
