About:China Student Visa

hi,am nigerian national but i have a short study in kenya,

currently having kenya student permit,but i have secured another admission in china,can i be able to get x1 visa here in kenya ?

what if am not able and i send my passport to nigerian,can an agent go to china embassey on my behalf to collect the x1 type for me?
secondly my kenya permit is expired and i only have visitors pass in my passport so i doubt if i can get the x1 here with it advice please
