About:24-Hour Visa-Free Transit

TWOV for Philippine passport holder

Hi, I currently hold a Philippine passport and I am living in london. I am planning to have a 5 hour tour on my transit to Beijing. Am I eligible to apply for the 24 hour Transit without visa?
