I want to aks whether the Transit 144h applies in my case, thanks a lot !

Hi,

I fly Bangkok - Shanghai (not Emirates) and then after 4 days Shanghai - Dubai (Transit 5h) - Munich with Emirates. Will this be fine ? Again thanks a lot!
