can I get and how much do i need to pay as visa fee

It is possible for you to apply for a Q1 or Q2 type after getting married. It costs CNY168 per person if you do that within China.
If you can get a Q1 type, you also need to apply for a temporary residence permit which may cost CNY400 for one-year validity.
