About:China Customs Declaration

Can i bring 7 watches and 5 serums for relatives that exceed 2,000 RMB?

Do i have to declare?

According to the regulation, the total value of the items one intends to leave in the country should not exceed CNY2,000. Or you needs to declare them and pay the tax. And you have to declare them at the custom.
