After getting to the north station, walk to the nearby Tourist Passenger Transport Center and take a bus to Tangkou, near the entrance of the mountain. Then change to another bus to Taiping, then board another bus to Songgu'an, the lower station of Taiping Cable Car. Take the cable car up to the mountain and walk to Xihai Hotel within 20-30min.
