Spring closing time Wolong nature reserve?

One of my guide books says that Nature Reserve is partly closed in spring times to protect the Pandas.
We want to visit in March. Can we still go walking and hiking in parts of the nature reserve?
Will the Shenshuping Panda Center be open for visiting?

Don’t worry! The scenic area is still open in Mar., so will the panda center.
