About:Harbin Ice Festival

Is March a good time to visit snow village.is the place still covered with thick snow?

Any advice or suggestions is much appreciated.thks

Yes, it’s a good time to enjoy the snow. As I know, the ice & snow festival will last until end of Feb. The city is still covered by thick snow in early Mar., so you are suggested to go there earlier.
