As I know, no ferry to Cheung Chau from Tsuen Wan Ferry Pier.
You are suggested to take West Rail line and transfer to Tung Chung Line at Nam Cheong Station, and then get off at HK Station. Walk north for 5 minutes to Central Piers, where you can take the ferry to Cheung Chau.
