Hi is it within walking distance from Binjiang Lu Bar Street and is there an option to have dinner on the cruise?

You are advised to go to Tianzi Wharf. The cruises there provide buffet. From Binjiang Road Bar Street, you can take tourist bus no.2 from East Binjiang Road to Haizhu Square. Then walk southwest around 450 meters to find the wharf.
