About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit FAQ

72 hour in Beijing

Hi , I have a question. How they are calculate 72hours in Beijing , from the time of landing or from midnight next day? Is this true that from 2018 72 hours free transit will be extended till 144 hours in Beijing? , and how they will be calculate this? Thanks for ansewer.

From the time of landing. I won't count on the 144-hour policy to be implemented before next spring since the policy in Guangdong province hasn't been rolled out yet and they've been saying so for almost two years.
