About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

UK to the Philippines via Shanghai

Hi,

I am travelling to the Phillipines via Shanghai from the UK. I land in Shanghai 08:30 on the 29th and leave on the 1st Jan in the early hours. What kind of Visa do I need and have I left it too late?

With a UK passport you can use the 144h twov and there´s no need to apply for a visa.
