Hello! I'm an international student from Kazakhstan, have Chinese entry permit (residential permit) till september, 2018. Is it possible to get a tourism Japanese one in China?I plan to stay there for about 1 week. Should I ask travel agencies? Is it possible to make it without any guarantors, just with a tour program, tickets, hotel booking, and other documents? And if travel agencies won't be able to help me, theoretically, in which Japanese embassy should I go- in Beijing, or in Shanghai, because I can't find information about where does the Xuzhou belongs to.
