Guangzhou does not allow landside or multi-stop transit, What do you mean by this?0

It means that you must depart Guangzhou airport by an international flight after arrival and cannot clear immigration, hence you will not have access to inter-China or landside transportations because those are only accessible after clearing immigration and customs.0

Also there is no "TWOV" because TWOV stands for transit without visa. If you need a transit visa then check the appropriate page on this site or ask your closest Chinese embassy or consulate.0
